What we collect
When you fill out our contact form we collect your name, email address, an optional phone number, the artist you are interested in, and whatever you tell us about your idea. That is the only personal information this site asks for.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your inquiry and schedule your appointment. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to any marketing list unless you ask us to. If we ever send marketing email, every message will include a working unsubscribe link and our physical business address, and we will honor opt-outs promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. Nothing here places a cookie that would require a consent banner.
Where your message is stored
Contact form submissions are stored securely in our website database and emailed to the studio inbox so that a real person sees them. Access is limited to studio staff. We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to serve you.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email bigdeluxetattooinquiry@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
